Strategy of Belt Tensioning
1. Calculate the deflection distance in mm on a basis of 16mm per meter of span. Center distance(m) x 16=Defection(mm).
2. Use a spring stability and rule measure the force with the belt, if the value falls within the values provided, 
the drive must be satisfactory. Othewise, make use of the Torque arm's turnbuckle alter the stress in the belt. (Note, the force route plus the belt need to be a appropriate angle).
